Achieve at Home Physical and Occupational Therapy, established in 2021 by Dr. Amir Amrami PT, DPT, was created with one vision in mind. We treat our patients with the best treatment techniques possible and provide optimal one-on-one care putting the needs of our patients first. We are trained to use each and every second of the time we have with our patient to thoroughly evaluate and examine our patients. From there, we create an extensive plan of care with individualized goals and provide/use equipment and outcome measures as needed to track goals. The ultimate vision is to create an environment that will give our patients the autonomy and functionality that they deserve through our detail-oriented therapists' guidance and treatment.
