We currently accept traditional Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans

For patients that would like to schedule appointments that do not have Medicare coverage, our self-pay rates are as follows:

• Initial Evaluation: $175 for a comprehensive evaluation and examination, creation of a plan of care with a complete 1 on 1 treatment

• Routine visits: $135 per visit
